We've added a new mailing list. TriArch Security Updates provides important information on security issues that may affect Windows users. This includes update notices for F-Prot antivirus. As you know we are authorized resellers for F-Prot and all the F-Risk family of products and we are proud to sell and support their products.

Use our new Help Desk:

Don't forget to use our new Help Desk Ticket system when you're having problems. It's the fastest way to get an answer to your problem. You can create a help ticket in a number of ways. You can:

1. Visit the Help Desk (www.tngu.com/helpdesk) directly and open a ticket there. This is the best method.
2. Send an email to support@tngu.com. This will automatically open a new ticket. For obvious reasons this is not the way to go if you are reporting an email problem! In that case you should go to the Help Desk directly.
3. Visit our Contact Page you can navigate to it from our Home Page (www.tngu.com). Once you are there you'll be able to send a message to the Help Desk without using your email. Ain't that clever.
4. If you can't get online at all call us (717) 776-4995 and we will open one for you. Why bother? It keeps a record of the problems you've had and lets us identify patterns that help us to serve you and all of our customers better. Top-notch service for our customers is what we're all about.

 

Monitor the progress of your ticket and provide additional information that may be needed by logging in to the Help Desk 24/365. You'll get instructions when you open the ticket. No more wondering if your message got through or arguing with the spam blockers at your email service. Just get quick answers to your questions; won't that be nice?

What's next:

We'll be offering an on-line, off-site automated backup very soon. For only a few bucks a month you'll be able to sleep knowing your important data is backed up on a secure server waiting for you if the worst happens.

 

We're currently in the approval process to become Authorized Resellers for Carbonite's off-site backup service. This service is available now for the Windows platform and will be available for the Mac OS this fall.

 

It works by running a small program that automatically backs up your data to a remote server whenever you're connected to the Internet. Look for an announcement very soon.

 

A little further down the road we'll be offering privately branded server and website monitoring services. This service will send you an email or SMS message on your cell whenever it detects that your Server or website is not responding. It will also send a message to me (ta-da!) so that by the time you can call us to let us know there is a problem we’re already fixing it. This will help us make our already remarkable up-time record even better.
