Service Terms And Disclosures

Equipment Maintenance Services:

• On-Site Equipment Maintenance Contract:
• $25 per month, per workstation.
• Limited to 10 hours per month, 20 hours per quarter, 40 hours per year. 
• Additional time is available at 50% off our normal hourly rate. 
• Upgrades are performed at 50% off our normal hourly rate.
• Customers within 30 minutes drive time of our location (as determined by http://maps.yahoo.com/dd) pay no fuel adjustment fee.
• Customers 30 minutes to 1 hour drive time are charged $10 per contract per month fuel adjustment.
• Customers 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes are charged $20 per contract per month.

Basic Rate:

• $75 per hour

Terms:

• Contract maintenance fees are due at the beginning of the period in which the service is rendered.
• Equipment and software purchases require a 50% deposit and the balance is due on delivery. Deposits are not refundable.
• Other fees are due on delivery.
• If you don't make your payment your maintenance contract will be suspended until you do.
• Accounts that are consistently overdue or have been suspended may be required to pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
• There is a $40 fee for checks returned by the bank for any reason.
• We reserve the right to refuse to service any client for any reason.
• Equipment not claimed for thirty days after notification that repairs are complete will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover costs.
• We are not responsible for damage to equipment or data loss for any reason including but not limited to acts of God, acts of war, human error, equipment failure, fire or theft.
• You are responsible for backing up your data prior to equipment repair. If you tell us that you have important data on your hard drive we will make our best effort to protect or recover your data. Ultimately however, we cannot be responsible for data loss.
